Die ERP – Festival-Ausfallversicherung

Stellen Sie sich mal vor, Ihr Festival steht ins Haus und es schüttet wie aus Eimern. Tagelang nichts als Regen. Irgendwann ist die Wiese unbefahrbar. Kein Rettungswagen käme durch, der Bierwagen bliebe stecken, die Dixis können nicht aufgestellt werden, Park- und Campingplatz sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „abgesoffen“. Und das ganze Szenario nicht am Sonntag, sondern einen Tag vor dem Festival.

Bislang standen Sie in einer solchen Situation alleine da. Denn eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben besteht ja nicht. Es regnet ja nur. Doch damit kann jetzt Schluß sein. Denn für die kommende Festival-Saison haben wir eine spezielle Festival-Police entwickelt, die genau für diese Situation Versicherungsschutz zur Verfügung stellt. Sie besteht aus zwei Bausteinen:

Zum einen die altbekannte „adverse-weather-Klausel“, die Versicherungsschutz bietet gegen Witterungsumstände, die eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben der Zuschauer und Teilnehmer bietet.
Mitversichert ist aber auch die Absage bzw. die Verschiebung, weil der planmäßige Aufbau witterungsbedingt verhindert wurde oder sich verzögert hat oder witterungsbedingt die planmäßige Nutzung der Veranstaltungsstätte unmöglich geworden ist.

The ERP- Contingency Festival Cancellation Insurance

Imagine, your festival is about to start and is raining cats and dogs. Nothing but rain for days. Somewhere down the road, the meadow is impassable. No ambulance vehicle can pull through, the beer truck is stuck, the Dixie’s can’t be set up, Parking-and Campingground are literally “flooded”. And the whole scenario happens not on Sunday, but the day before the festival.

In such situations, you were on your own so far. There is no threat to life or physical condition. Ist’s only raining. But we can offer a solution for this problem. For the upcoming festival- season, we developed a special Festival-Policy which offers insurance cover for this scenario. It consists of two elements:

First of all the well known “adversed-weather-clause” which provides cover due to weather conditions if there is a threat to life or physical condition fort he spectators and participants of the event.

Now, we are able to present the following expansion of the cover:
Included is the cancellation respectively the postponement of the event in case the planned assembly was impossible or delayed or the planned use of the event location became impossible due to weather conditions.
